15th century timbered inn in a picturesque village featuring exposed beams, an open fire, eclectic collections from chamber pots to cigarette cards, an old red post box on an interior wall, and a section of exposed lath and plaster wall behind a glass screen. The Hart of Stebbing microbrewery is in the garage producing beers currently only available here and at beer festivals. Good value food is served daily. There is a patio and a covered heated gazebo.
