Pumphouse Brewery
Located at the Green Man, Toppesfield.
The brewery was a community owned venture owned and run by the villagers of Toppesfield and other share holders.
Beers include: Bitter, Toppesfield Tap, Black, Jenny, Gold, 19 Elms.

Shalford Brewery
Located at Shalford.
Beers included: Barnfield Pale Ale, Shalford 1319 Mild, Levelly Gold, Stoneley Bitter, Braintree Market Ale, Hyde Bitter, Levelly Black, Longfield Lager (bottles only), Springfield, Rotten End.

Silks
Located at Wash Farm, Silk Street, Sible Hedingham.
Beers included: Old Man Shirv.

Saffron Brewery
Located at Parsonage Farm, Henham.
Beers included: Saffron IPA, BlackJack, Dawn till Dusk, Citurian, EPA, Rambler’s Tipple, Brewhouse Bell, Friendly Fire, Royal Blue, Littlebury Lighthouse, Saffron Blonde, Squire’s Gamble, Flying-Serpent, Henham Honey, Turpin’s Temptation, Bob’s Your Uncle, Tiddly Vicar, Saffron Porter, Silent Night and Winter Blues.

Hart of Stebbing Brewery
Located at the White Hart, High Street, Stebbing, Gt Dunmow, Essex, CM6 3SQ.

Indian Summer Brewing
Brewery in Saffron Walden was demolished in Spring 2015.
Beers included: Bombay Blonde in bottle.
Previous Hop and Soul beers included: Lite, Mild, Extra Pale, Amber, Red, Porter, Mocha, Chocolate, Pumpkin, Black IPA, Blonde and Christmas.

Dropping Well
This was a very short lived brewery built into a garage at the Three Hoseshoes in Helions Bumpstead.
Beers included: Mavis, Boblow, Pale Green and Ladygate.
